Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
- Shipping: Pack your items securely and include the original packaging if possible. Clearly mark the RAN on the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at theorganicrevive@gmail.com.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at theorganicrevive@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
